Charging Problem : Never Seen Before!

Hi All!

I faced a strange problem: some 6100s couldn't charged. They always say "Not charging" after I plug in the charger!. I've checked everything : clean the contact, check the board, resistor, measure voltage (following instructions in Nokia Service Manual),... but nothing happened!!!

A month has passed and I've given up. Maybe you have ingenious idea!

I cant remember right now and I dont have a shcematic here but there must be a diode and a fuse conected together...they are from key pad side bottom of the PCB..
