6310i no network after rebuild

no network after rebuild by tornado?
the poblemis after i rebuild and change uem the signal come but after a minute come down then come up again then if you call sometimes call sometimes cant call. then if you off the unit then on again no network off/on comes again the signal .i change the P.A,ant sw.,mjoner/hagar,uem also agin change but same .!!! help!!!!!! thanks and god bless

Try flash with a better device..if not working change PA...
