N-gage Go louder!

if u make a fist and open ur hand about about 3 fingers wide making a circle with ur hand and put that over the speaker it goes alot louder, i was just thinking there shoud be a plastic cone made to put over the speaker so it would be louder, (with out any distorsion) i going to try out diffrent things and see if they work

wat i was thinking, we dun need to make an exact cone... just 1 tapered side, like in 1st part, instead of / \ (2 tapered sides) , since it shld come out louder (smaller area to larger area). so we kinda place a plastic piece in at an angle...

yep, ill look around mt house for some prototypes i could use mabye attach it with sticky back velcro (on the Ngage case and the make it louder thing) be great if it all works

guys why would you want to make it louder?

My N-Gage is too loud even with volume levels on the lowest in some games I have to have the sound off because its too loud.

Except my ringtones are always quiet for some reason. My ringtones are never loud even with maximum setting.

and movies can get pretty soft, i din do the converting, but mayb tis can help to increase volume.

It'd be good for when I put my MP3s through loudspeaker, but it won't make that much difference, all you're doing it rebounding the sound waves, we need specs for changing the speaker itself.

I hope the Nokia 7610 will be pretty loud in MIDI, WAV, MP3 and WAV ... despite its Mono Sound ...

N-Gage was pretty loud in games, and so were the Polyphonics. I wasn't impressed with the Loudspeaker playing MP3s lol

Hey ppl's may be bit off topic but has neone other than me managed to blow there ngage speaker up yet. By this i mean when ringtones or mp3's with a fair bit of bass or high pitched tunes in them are played through the fone, they crackle really loud. I have switched the speaker with the one out of my water damaged 3650 which is sitting in pieces, and to my surprise they are exactly the same.
