dead nokia 3650

my nokia 3650 is dead, when ever i switch it on only 'NOKIA' appears on the screen and automaticaly phone is switched off again. can any body help me what to do

Phone need flashing or user area formated at a guess, find someone near you who can do this for you, you will lose all user data that has been put on the phone, also what happens when you charge the phone?

I exhausted all 5 trials in attempting to unlock the phone with code. Do you know of anyone in Los Angeles area who can unlock 3650 with cable? Any cell phone repair shop? THanks.
