GD55 Help..

Hey, I recently got hold of a GD55...I just used it on voda for a while...Now I'd like to switch to orange...I put a Oranage Sim in the phone...It actully came on and stuff...only problems being the screen just says "Emergancy" and whenever i try to make a call i get "call failed please try again", Could this be to do with it needing some kinda unlocking or is this a problem with the phone?

If its a unlocking issue, could someone hook me up with the codes and tell me how to use them? My Imei is 352577001768432. Thanks
