its to do with the hardware on the phone isnt it??? i mean, hasnt the n-gage got a hardware mp3 decoder on it??? all other s60 phones that aint stereo wont ever be stereo because their hardware is only made with mono

You won't here any differences in mono and in stereo when i comes to music. Maybe a little but, but nothing big.

It's only really needed when watching a movie or playing a videogame, since it makes it possible to hear if one comes from the right or left etc.

The only thing we need is some bass(6600)!!!>

You will hear a significant difference actually. Considering stereo is basically playing 2 different audio tracks; compared to mono, where it is one shared audio track.
