Need help unlooking 7650

Hi all

Im trying to unlock a 7650 (UK Network) ive used the code genarator and that worked fine, but when switching on it asks for sim code and i enter this then it asks for lock code and i enter this (correctly) and it says incorrect code???

any help anyone.

it's the security code. 12345 unless you changed it

yeah i have tryed that and its still says incorrect and after 5 attempts it says wait 5 mins
