    Question 3330 keypad error

    i hv 3330 with keypads error!! phone can be switch on/off and only keypads for "menu", "2", "5", "8" can be function. the rest are dead. and when keypad 1/3/4/6/7/9/*/0/# is long pressed, it switch off. How strange?? Anybody has the solution??

    Weiss, Have you done anything to your 3330? eg. tried to flash it,
    dropped it or got it damp? let us know maybe it will give us an idea. Good luck.

    Ok try this

    1. get T6 srcewdriver

    2. open phone by unscrewing the 6 screws

    3. remove screen and membrain

    3. get isopropanyol (not 100% sure on the spelling) solution

    4. take a cotton bud and drip in to the solution

    5. carefully remove any signs of water damage with the cotton bud from the screen part

    6. Ultra carefully remove sign of water damage from board

    7. put it back together it should now work
