3330 with no display after flashing

hi, I full flashed a 3330 ( 200000-600000 eeprom included)
calculated faid changed imei and unlocked it with nk_calc
but somehow the display of the fone is acting wierd, it logs to network and i can make calls with it but the display just doesn't work....
I've opened and closed the fone it's not a contact problem cause sometimes it asks for pin and then when i insert it bumm, no screen
tried to change contrast with nk profile but still not work..

Is it a ppm problem or something?? I made a full flash!!!

Had almost same problem with 3210 (4.xx) full flash to 6:00 + Faid_updater, result: nothing shown in the display. Then used backup and flashed again with full 6:00, but this time I used a full 6:00 matching original language pack(A) + Faid_Updater. That worked - everything is now OK.
Only exception is that I don't understand why it did not/will not accept a different language pack, when in fact a full flash is made? Any suggestions/explanations?
