Please help unlock Nokia 3390 t mobile

Hi everybody

I tried to unlock this cellphone using the unlock code and i think i did it right. the problem now is after i entered the code and inserted my sim back and turned it on it asks me for a security code! previously it didnt! and it's not the conventional 12345. please help

with this phone the default code is 12345 ( as you know) if this does not work it suggests it has been changed. best bet is for you to get a cable.
just out of interest what message came up when you unlocked phone. ( it should display 'phone restriction off')
