unlocking 5110?

hi,

i have a nokia 5110, version 5.22, which came with my car, as a car phone.

the problem is it wont work when i put a t-mobile sim card in?

it just says no network coverage, but
when i put a vodafone or O2 card, it works...

i tried using the free unlok software, but every code i have inputted just shows a message saying "sim card was not restricted",

can anyone please help?

The 5110 will only work on Vodafone & O2 as they use the GSM 900 network. T-Mobile & Orange uses GSM 1800 in the UK.

no, sorry not in your phone. the only option is to buy a phone the same as yours on another network that will accept your sim. i have seen them go for as little as 50p at car boots, good luck.
