i have a sim card working with telsim/turkey. if i contact with my service provider and tell them that i lost my sim card, i can take one too. so, can i clone my new sim on to old one????

no for 2 reasons
old card will be desactivated (can't find network at least, or block at first step 'contact your SP' or something similar)
newer sim should be a 'prom' card too who can't be write again (sim v2 will support 'additional' software but always can't be modified at sensible data store)
