i just unrestricted my at&t nokia 3595 so that it could take my cingular wireless SIM card but for some reason it says T Mobile and it wont let me download ringtones and wallpapers. can anyone direct me in finding the right area where i can fix this problem? is this something that can be fixed? thank you in advance.

hello sir, u know u dont have to go to somewhere else, you just need to have a DKU5 cable, connectted to ur pc and a mobimb browser. from there u can upload and download anything u like from pc to cellphone and viseversa

i am from th UK so am not sure of the US networks operating frequencies but i think T-Mobile and Cingular use the same band so its not a problem for your network name to be different... sometimes, depending on the age of the phone, i get a BT Cellnet network name with my new O2 card... the reason your not able to download anything is because your GPRS settings need to be setup for use on a different network... go to your providers website and see if there is an option to set up your phone... saves you buying a cable
