Hang For Sometime My Nokia 6681

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]whenever i changed my themes or just check preview of my theme my nokia 6681 phone hangs for some time. i have seen this problem on 6630 and 6680 also. more i install themes on my mobile more it takes to get back on work. i have installed all my themes on my 512 mb mmc card. i have reset my phone 2 times but still having this problem. it'll help me lot. bcoz of this problem i can't install more themes.
my second request is is there any software thats can scan and remove any unnessesary files from phone memory and mmc card ???
also it'll be a great pleasure, if u'll help me for next problem. i have set my inbox to mmc card memory. so all msgs goes in my mmc card. but whenever i reset my phone all my personal folders and inbox msgs diappears. plz help me for that.
