power off after flashing

hi plps
got a 3310 would not power on so i put it in my ultrasonic cleaner dried it out re-flashed update faid etc every thing was ok put sim in then it kept on resetting with no signal.then after a couple of times resetting totally went dead on me again re-flashed it about another 5 times same thing happens

have u got a datacable? you will need this to be able to calculate faid and give the phone signal.
