Nokia 8250 SHOW 'CONTACT SERVICE'

Hey can any nokia expert tell me why my 8250 show contact service ?????It is not software problem!when i use wintesla to read it it show this message :

MCU RAM COMPONENT:NOT EXECUTED
MCU EEPROM COMPONENT:NOT EXECUTED
RTC BATTERY :NOT EXECUTED
A/D CONVERTER:NOT EXECUTED
SW RESET:NOT EXECUTED
POWER OFF:NOT EXECUTED
COBBA PARARREL:FAILED

try using eeprom tools 3.1 by b-phreak and connect an mbus cable to your phone.
turn on the phone, when it says 'contact service' click on the box marked test.
if i'm correct then u should get a writing that says cobba paralel test failed.
if so then u must replace the cobba chip of your phone then flash it with a working full flash file then clear the locks, change the IMEI and set full factory settings
