I tried some sites and they all a rip off.
They take money and then say they can not get me the code. I have to wait for a refund.
It?s a cheap phone, yes! But I just want to replace the one I dropped in water. The IMEI is 011796002350650. It was a T-Mobile Pre-Paid phone. Does anyone think they can help?
I also tried Nokia and ATT(my carrier). They said I have to go to T-mobile. Why would T-mobile unlock a phone for a non-customer?

if it is aT-Mobile phone only T-Mobile will give you the unlock code, each provider has codes for the phones they sell, and only them
