3330 bitmaps and ppmedit error

hello,

im trying to read the projectsp_3330 flash file and when i try and open it in ppmedit_10a it gives me 'out of memory'

is there any program out there in which i can save the all the phones bitmaps?

or can anyone help me with the problem?

ps. could you also change it from bmp to gif and upload it or will it cause a problem?

edit, when i say save the phones bitmaps i dont mean all different files i want it to all be in one bmp.
