I have a 8310 which used to be on BT-Cellnet - O2, which are unlocked, but for the past year I ahve had a Virgin(t-mob) sim in, recently I put a O2 sim and and the phone asked for a code, does this mean that it is now locked?

they will give you your unblocking code to unlock it to all networks...
