Help on colored operator logos on Nokia 3650

can you help me with regards on how to upload colored opertaor logo on my 3650. what software will i use and where can i download it. with regards to 3gp videos, how can i transfer a movies and mtv into my fone. usual movies that are in vcds are in .dat file.. and some are in mpeg-4. i would really appreciate your help..

make using handy file or seleq or file manager in c:\app\phone\oplogo\???_??_?.bmp size 97x25 ,see code for your operator logo ex. in indonesia for telkomsel code 510_10_0.bmp then restart your phone

use the new seleq 1.0 for 3650 (cracked)
it has support of the restart of 3650s

tnx! but the seleq must be uploaded to the fone??? when it restarts do the whole thing restarts like a new formatted fone? or just restarts with the new operator logo?
