Firstly how do you become a moderator? or can you become a moderator?

Secondly on ppls profiles and mine there is a line saying referrals? whats that for? how do you get referrals?

I guess you're invited to be a moderator, or you can post in the "Reorganisation thread" for consideration after the board gets reorganised.

The referalls is for when a friend of yours joins nfree, he/she will stick your name in referer, hence you get a "Referall"
