Just saw one thing where it said the Cingular Nokia 3600 comes unlocked...any way to verify it for free?

You can verify this by removing the simcard and replacing it with another from a different network provider. Then when you power the phone on if it says searching its unlocked. if you get a message similar to "simcard registration failed" it will be locked.
Just post back there for unlock code..........

Yes just use a friends sim as long as the network provider is different to yours ie; At&t
If it works then your unlocked.......

Confirmation: Nokia 3600 Came Unlocked. I tested w/ AT&T and T-Mobile, and placed a call with both sim cards.
