NeuVoice problem. help!

HELLO! everyone !!

I installed Neuvoice v2 into n9210 but when to train the voice tag show the information :

Application NeuVoice
Dialler
Reason code DBMS-Table
Reason number 4
and close application ,anybody knows how to fix this

I got the same problem when my 9210 firmware was version 3.18.

(*#0000# shows the firmware version)

After upgraded the firmware to version 4.13, and try to install the neuvoice dialler, it is ok.

Of couse, the reason to upgrade the firmware not because of this app's err.
