I accidently locked my phone and can't get the PUK code! Need help with sim code/pin code and PUK code!

I think you need to call your service provider for the PUK code. The sim is diffrent from the phone.

Don't need the puk code, already got it. But if any one can help me with the sim code, it'd be greatly appreciatated.
