Help! NOKIA 7650 doesnt start up

Dear everyone,

I am now using Nokia 7650. Yesterday, my phone got Message Error System, it was stuck, I couldnt do anything... then I decided to shut it down. When I turn it on, it doesnt start up, and I saw nothing beside the message on the white screen as below :


Phone start-up failed. Contact the retrailer.

I have been trying to take the battery off, change the sim card, etc... But it sill doesnt work out I really expect that you can help me and tell me what to do.

the only option is. just reflash your phone. just go to any cell repair shops.

if its under warr, get it fixed at nokia care, it will be free.
