SIM REGISTRATION FAILURE 3510i help

Hi All here is my little problem:

I have today unlocked an orange 3510i
If I put the wifes o2 PAYG sim in it all is fine
If I put my 02 PAYG sim in it it gives me the SIM REGISTRATION FAILURE.
my sim is OK in 3 other phones

what is going on ???

I unlocked with PW 1 and 7

help please ????

Just try with other sim card

it might be a problem with your sim card
see if it work with other networks
other than 02

I have tried it with a voda sim and all seems fine but there is more !!!

I have just put the wifes back in the phone and now its doing the same as mine with the registration failure

I am beginning to wonder if this is a dodgy phone and I ought to heave it back from whence it came !!!

Caus it sounds tome like its Barred!!!
