Just got my phone in the mail oday. This code didn't work. I followed the post for newbies and entered everything without my SIM card (ATT wireless for Dallas area).

Got the following message after:

cannot undo restriction

I don't know if it matters, but the actual IMEI printed on the back of the phone is:

350984/20/002446/2

with those forward slashes. Although I've confirmed the IMEI with the *#06# trick on the phone.

Tried unlocking twice total. Is it true that there's only five chances at this? It's like my nine lives! Is there anything else I can provide info on the carrier/network? I don't get it...
