I am new here and this is my first Post; Please go easy if I make a mistake.
I need the code to open my Nokia 3650 which is with T Mobile, USA.
The IMEI # is : 351102502803173
I need help in opening the phone fully ( SIM and other Web apps)

Verify the “IMEI” number is the same as the fifteen digit number at the very top of this post by dialling *#06#.

Power down phone, wait 15 seconds, remove battery, remove SIM. Replace battery and power up – “Insert SIM Card” displayed.

Type the following as instructed:

a. #
b. * three times for “p”
c. * four times for “w”
d. * two times for “+”
e. Type the 15 digit code (Carefully!)
f. * two times for “+”
g. The number “1, 5 or 7” (Whichever corresponds to last digit in unlock code)
h. #
Message such as "Phone Restriction Off" displayed if correct code entered. Code is unique to only this IMEI number/phone. You have 5 attempts to get code right.
Please respond with results.

I powered off and then put the SIM Back and powered on.

Appreciate you help and time.

Is there any other way to check this, other than inserting another Provider's SIM card ??

no other way than to insert another sim but it will work. try the samsung forum for an onlock code only nokia dct4 here sorry.

As long as you got a "phone restriction off" message, the phone can now be used on any GSM network. (Your 3650 will work anywhere in the world, BTW)

As for the data, you will have to update the phone for use on another provider for WAP, should you decide to switch. I havn't heard of any problems on 3650's for this, so it should work.
