Well, I have a Nokia 3100. When I open my phone, a error message "Contact service" appear and now, i'm without Phone. How can i solve this problem?? Can I flash it with the DKU-5 cable?If yes, what software should I use??

[hey, i have a nokia 3100 aswell and i am having the same problem i have a black screen with contact service in red and i was wondering if you have fixed it,i would really appreciate some helpty

3100 is a dct4 phone so you have posted in the wrong section!
To repair this you will need a Prodigy or Griffin flasher box a reflash the firmware of your phone!
If you are in the uk Cprafferty does a dct4 flashing service for £5 but you need to pay postage costs
