BT HDW-2 Questions

I have a Nokia HDW-2 Bluetooth Headset linked to my N-Gage. I want to ask these following questions to those who own a HDW-2:

1. When the phone is in Standby with no BT Connection to the phone, what is the colour of the indicator light? Is it flashing?
2. When the phone is in Standby with a BT Connection, and no incoming call what is the colour of the indicator light? Is it flashing?
3. When the phone is in a call with the HDW-2 connected, what is the colour of the indicator light? Is it flashing?

All i know, is that when its recharging, the indicator light is constant red until green.

How do I know if the HDW-2 is on or off?

Hi,

I love my HDW-2 headset, it's a nice little unit. Yeah the ear clips pinch and your ear feels like it will drop off but you get used to it after a while.

1. On first turn on the light goes green, along with a beep. Then with no connection the light flashes green.

2. With a connection between phone and headset no light flashes.

3. It appears when the call is answered the light flashes once and is then off.
Once the call is dropped, the light flashes once and again stops.

4. On power off the light turns solid red with a beep and the headset goes off.

Thanks Ian. The info you gave me does help. After I full recharged and carried on a test, it works.

Pity how no one's calling me just yet ... so I can't check the call status yet

I didn't see it flashing while I made a call to my other phone. I'm wondering if they used to but now due to new road laws etc. maybe they don't?

I just realized that Green flashes with beep when on and no BT connection
Red for few seconds with beep, when turning off
When connected, the light doesn't flash anymore

Not sure about in call yet. No one's calling me yet
