Help!!!!

guyssss..really need ur expert help on this one.. just a few hours back.. my 6600 stopped workingg..its not booting up.. i tried taking out the battery and startin again.. but it just stalls at the nokia screen.. doesnt even go to the handshake part..i installed nothing new.. it just happened on its own.. why? i have no f***ing cluee.. help neeeded pleeeeeasseeeee

If you want to fix the problem, I would have no idea why that occured or how to go about it.

But if you're extremely desperate, you can try formatting it (which means everything is wiped out except MMC and SIM). So, turn off the phone. Turn it back on, but while its booting up ... quickly hold these three keys:

Green * 3

Hold until the word "formatting" comes up.

Hope that helps. Or maybe a phone call to the nearest Nokia Care Centre?

take batery out and leave it be for 10 minutes plug the charger in to your 6600 then put the batery back and start the phone!it have to work.if not find other simmilar batery from another phone and try this again.
after that only *7370# and format or green * 3.....bye

I had to send my phone to Nokia Care when that happened to mine. But my phone was an N-Gage.

well, take out mmc and see if it works. my 3650 had tis prob twice, and i can do nth but format mmc, dunno y, but i tink my mmc "crashed".

if the fone dun work wifout the mmc, u might need to flash it.

o.k so i've formatted my phone with the green * 3 method.. and it worked! i sooo didnt want to format my phone.. allll my contactsss..gone..all my messages...gone (should've saved on mmc).. all my notes..gone! even the cups i've won at fifa 2004 are also gone (wierd isnt it?!?)

oh btw..any way of gettin the fifa info back?? i finished like 8 championships..
