Ive looked through the threads and noticed a few complaints about Infinite Realities last year. Well I had been dealing with Simon for quite a while and must admit the service was second to none in regards to quality delivery as well as help but last year things seemed to go down as delivery times started getting longer, in spite of paying for recorded delivery goods were arriving as normal first class mail and one final one last year which despite paying for special next day delivery didnt arrive. It took three weeks before i was told Id get a refund (in that time I found out it hadnt been sent by special delivery in spite of deing charged for it. The refund never came and I had to get on to my credit card company to get my money back. Well being stupid I thought this might have been a one off so ordered from them again this year. First order ok as I paid special delivery again but second order of 3310 chassis and 2x3210 ariels order was short of the 3210 ariels so I phoned and was told they would be sent.Waited a week not arrived so phoned again and was told they would send again, I ordered something else and paid for recorded delivery asking that the ariels be included in pack. Got delivery but substituted 3310 ariels instead of 3210s and put extra charge. Phoned again was apologised to and told I would get refund and sent 3210 ariels

Now another week gone by, no sign of credit and no sign of 3210 ariels. When got in touch with Simon Birley he told me he doesnt have anything to do with delivery of goods anymore.
If you order and pay for special delivery, and it doesnt arrive because they have cheated you by not sending it that method they call you a cheat.
I should have learned my lesson but looking through the forum it seems that others have noticed the decline in service from that company.
Just be warned before you order.
