Siemens MC60 SIM-Unlocking?

My questions:

1. Is it possible to SIM unlock a Siemens MC60 Phone WITHOUT a Siemens data cable?

2. If it is, where can FREE unlocking codes be downloaded?

3. If it is not, same question as 2.
