I have a nokia 7600 the mobile is 80% cool the only 20% i don´t like it´s ; Memory phone how can i enlarge??? ; video call how can i make "The phone is 3g right?!? so cant put work?!?" ; more sound please how can i change the sound of the phone more sound?!?

Just because the phone is 3G doesn't mean its a video phone & in this case it is not. Also you are stuck with memory you have because there is no way to put addtional memory in the phone.

More sound, if you mean louder then change the option in what ever app you are using.
