Unlocking Ngage QD one try left plz help

Hi,
I have tried 4 of my tries and now only have one more try.

This is T-mobile Ngage QD phone in USA. V.4.00 11-06-2004 RH-47. I am using newest version of software I downloaded few days ago. I don't know what I am doing wrong, everytime I try it fails. Can anyone please help me to unlock my phone or do I need to see professional? if so, where is the best place to go. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

It would be helpful if you post the settings that you already have used and have failes. Mostly important, is the serial that you have used, the code number and the phone's firmware date (*#0000#).

I did as you told me to *#0000# and this is all thats came out. "V.4.00 11-06-2004 RH-47" . I am really sorry I was too exited and tried without recording the serial numbers that I have tried. Is there any sure serial that is gonna work? I believe 11-06-2004 is the firmware date. If I fail is that mean I have to use special cable to flash the flex? or Is it better for someone else to do it? Thank you very much for helping me

and by the way I have all the box and accessories that came with it. it has so many serial numbers on the box if you need any of them, i will post as soon as possible. THank you again

No no... the serial used is the GEN that you used to generate the code.

There's a very good chance that it will indeed work. In case it does not work, you will need a repair shop, since hardware unlocking involves dedicated hardware, a dct4 flasher or a 'box', like Griffin, Tornado, UFS, etc. Any of them are too expensive for just one phone, so the best solution is to find a small repair shop that will unlock the phone for a small fee, max 30 usd but usually in the 10 usd neighborhood.

Go to the unlock codes section and download the nfree calc. Go to options, and set the calc to expert mode. From the dropdown model list, select 'dct4 expert only', and use the following settings:

Asic Type: 5
GEN: ONE (32836)

Use code #1 from the set, and post results please.

Though there's a good chance that it will work, we never know of course, and the phone may be hardlocked after a fifth error attempt. In case that happens, you will need to find a small repair shop as described before.

I tried as you said and it worked I am using my phone now. But I was using code #7 all the time, I thought that was the one I should use. What is the difference between the codes? are they provide extra features? if so...
If I try the other one of the codes and fail, will my phone be locked up ? thanks a lot
