how to unlock t28s

Hello!
Just follow the steps:
1.download and unzip the program
2.connect your phone to your cable
3.execute the program and choose the com port that is your cable
4.sellect unlock and do this that program tell you!
5.CONGRATULATION!!!you have just unlocked your T28!

u must use win 95, 98 or 98se......

u get that error because u use xp

i used win NT and that is the reason that it didnt work.
then i used win98 and it worked fine.
