is it possible 2 unblock nokia phones if they are barred on a specific or all networks??

Nokia phones can only be unblocked if they are Dct3 phones, Uk telcoms now share information on barred phones between each other. So ax dct4 phone will work in another country but can't be unblocked in the U.K. DCt3 phones can be unblocked by changing the IMEI number, But this is illegal in most countries including the UK.

the simple answer for DCT4 phones is no...means changing chips in the phone...

which of course is illegal in the uk...

it is only blocked in the uk as they do not share the information acroos countries ...yet
