3650 Simcard not found

I got a simlock free (i'm sure) nokia 3650. I received a simcard from the company I work for but my phone does not recognize it. If I try it in another phone it works perfect. Other simcard will work in my 3650. Is it possible that this phone does not recognize som (older) type of simcards? I do not have the latest firmware installed, could this be the sollution??? Please help! I miss my phone!!!

Hmm, okay but I geuss then there is no chance of getting it to work... But how can I check if it's a 5v card?
