Mine says to insert sim card and i type in the right combination and it says phone unlocked but then goes back to insert sim card and i type it in again (the same one that worked) and it said the phone was not restricted. What do I do???

nothing... the code was correct and phone is unlocked..
turn it off and insert your simcard.
