I've a big problem...

NOKIA 3650 2.50 NHL-8

I push the power button...
the screen turn on...
the blue "NOKIA" appears...
and then nothing!!

The phone remains in these conditions 4 hours!!
I don't what I should do!!
Can anybody help me?
