I would like to make a list of all the CDMA or otherwise phones that are GPS enabled or have some other tracking device embedded in the phone. I don't know what your opinions on being tracked by your phone are but I don't like it and will NOT buy any phones that are E911 enabled or have non passive gps. If I can't tell you where I am in an emergency then when you get there it will probably be too late anyway. I would rather have my privacy.
