I coded a music clip, but it says it cant show the videofiles.

I used PVauthor with these settings:
bitrate = 64.000bps
audio codec = 12.20kbps, 8kHz, mono
video codec = PVmp4, res. 176x144
framerate = 14,98

I guess there is a problem with the settings.
And i use hantaro 3 player.
