nokia6230 branding removal!

i have two 6230

one from (uk) vodafone uk
and one from germany vodafone de

i have a dku-sb2 data cable

both phones have vodafone startup

my question :
1)how can i remove the vodafone branding
2)and update/flash my firmware?

i tried to unlock the sp(providerlock...i dont know if i actually have one) lock with a sp keygen.
it was like this #pw+656565656565656+5#
and it showed me "code wrong" i tried it more than 5 times
