I'm looking for the best all-around photo capturing program (not video, unless included in photo).

I have a 6600, and the camera on it is decent, but it's not great. Only goes up to 640x480 and only a 2x zoom. I'm looking for something that will do a higher resolution and if possible, more zoom.

Anyone have any suggestions? And if so, tell me where I can find it?
