    making it way better

    Hello,
    I have a motorola v188 that I got from a friend
    and I would like to know if my phone is unlocked
    so I can switch services. what else can I do to
    my phone? I changed wallpaper,sound and screensaver
    with my usb cable, is there a way to change that T-MOBIL
    welcome screen that is really annoying. is there anything
    else I can do with it? i wanna have fun
