*** A question about 8210 for professionals ! ***

Well, can anybody knows what is problem in following:
My friend gave me his 8210 to repair (Contact Service). I have read phone, and its original version is 5.28, ROM6. And, I said to myself "No problem!" But... I flashed it with his orig. version again with Rollis, and the thing is same. Although I did update FAID and Repair IMEI, phone is in "Contact Service". I used Jordik Tool and saw that original IMEI is 6565656565.... and his IMEI now is ????????????????. I changed IMEI in the same prog., and again update FAID and repair EEPROM, and situation is little different. Phone is now OK, and Eeprom Tools tests is OK. But, when I turn on phone, immediatelly after finding network, phone turns off itself !!! I tred other sw versions (only ROM6), and all situation is same.
Ha? Problem?............or not?
Is there hardware fault or it is all sw? What to do?
