Www??

Hi Guys!
Am new to this,so please dont slaughter me if i make an idiot of myself or am in wrong area!
Ive got a 9210 on Vodafone but cannot access the WWW(Wap does no prob)or receive/send email..
Have re entered details again but still get no furthur than( CONNECTED but no pages load)
Can anyone help or advise whom i can pay to repair!

Try and phone C/S and ask them to set it up for you, should send it over in a text, if not they should put you in touch with the tech support on vodafone and they will give you all the info you need.
