Support from Nokia Careline says No Way but i don't think the guy i have was very good technicaly ! As usual !

Instructions to copy sms from mmc to phone :
Choose mmc memory as messages memory (by going into : messaging, select, settings, other, memory in use, memory card)
Open a filemanager and browse to "c:\system" and then delete the folder named "mail"
Now go back to messaging settings and choose phone memory in use and say yes when it asks you if you want to copy messages to phone
Same procedure goes for the other way around (phone to mmc) but in that case instead of "c:\system" go to "e:\system" and delete the folder named "mail" (in the settings you have to choose the memory that the messages use in every case)

I dont think that this is possible at all (at least not by simply copying files since the contents are stored in an index file)
