3310 to 3315 dodgy problem

Hello

Last week sometime I tried upgrading two 3310's to 3315's, done them both with the exact same method after eachother. One worked fine but the other keeps rebooting and crashing. I have tried other methods and just get hte same problem, and then today I tried to upgrade another 3310 using the same method, and it worked out fine. So I tried staright after to upgrade the one I have been having problems with and its still the same problem.
I know its not the method Im doing, so what else could cause this?

hi there, had the same problem as yourself. for some strange reason or another, im not sure why but by using different software for the phones that are not having it you can fix it. there are several ways and several programs to upgrade the 3310 to the 3315, i've just tried them all. the first thing you should do is try different software. but your phone is crashing ansd resetting because it needs the FAID to be updated. try using epproms tools/knoktools/nk_cal. I'm sure one of those will work as they have done for me.
