Solution :

1- Buy a uBGA rework machine
2- Buy a New 32Mb Flash Chip
3- open your phone with T6 screwdriver
4- Extract 16Mb flash from 3310 with rework machine
5- Put a new 32Mb flash into 3310 with rework machine
6- Close your phone
7- Flash 3330 software and eeprom
8- Update FAiD, IMEI, etc
9- Smile, your 3310 is now a 3330 with WAP!
